Developed DeepFlex, a deep learning model trained on MD data to predict protein flexibility. Integrated ESM-C embeddings, 3D CNNs, and temperature-conditioned attention mechanism; curated >3 TB of MD datasets (mdCATH / ATLAS) for large-scale training.

Co-founded a peer-to-peer live sports platform, architecting distributed data pipelines and cloud infra. Led a four-engineer team across full-stack platform development. 3,000+ weekly active paying users.
